Quality Control Manager

Location: Sawyer, Mi OR Franklin Park, IL

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 + bonus

Requirements: 2+ years of Quality Manager experience

On top of manufacturing we provide sales, marketing, & shipping services for our customers. We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to oversee the management of our quality systems as well as help migrate ISO 90001 to IATF 16949 with 1 of our plants. You can reside in either Michigan or Illinois, but must be able to travel as needed to each plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing quality systems at BOTH locations; travel as needed
• Migrating ISO 90001 to IATF 16949
• Managing internal audit system
• Management of IMTE calibration and measurement systems
• Maintain overall management of the Quality Systems
• Manage Quality Engineers and Technicians
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in quality management systems
• Experience with ISO 90001 and IATF 16949
• Working experience with PPAP and APQP
• Internal Auditing experience
• Manufacturing industry background is preferred
• Experience with both ferrous/non-ferrous metals is HELPFUL
