Career TEAM is excited to bring on a Quality Case Manager to support the team in our North or South Orange County location as part of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program working with WIOA and Unemployed Job Seeker customers. This position will be responsible for the continuous quality improvement of the WIOA program, customer experience, and follow-up on caseload to ensure high success of retention and provide feedback on the customer's behalf for program improvement. This opportunity will also have a heavy focus on supporting the continuous quality improvement of the program services by reviewing services in CalJOBS, required program documentation, the effectiveness of notes detailing the customer journey, and other continuous quality improvement activities as assigned.
This position reports to the Brea location, with regular travel to Laguna Niguel.

Your Impact on Career TEAM's Success:
- Provide assistance to customers on the follow-up caseload to ensure successful retention of job placements
- Provide customer feedback from follow-up customers for program improvements
- Enter proper documentation of follow-up services into CalJOBS
- Monthly review services and documentation of all services provided for customers prior to invoice submittal
- Provide retrieval and assistance needed for customer records and service documentation need for quality-level program standards
- Identify trends and feedback on monthly program activities
- Present weekly updates to Executive Director and project leadership
- Support program quality assurance, project accountant, and fiscal admin support to obtain quality standards
- Collaborate with area staff on the implementation of quality improvement
- Track performance data and data match with CalJOBS for monthly reports
- Approach each day and task with a "ZAG" mindset
- Other duties and projects as needed
To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have:
- Associate's degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience performing Social Service and/or Case Management duties
- 1+ years of experience in Career Services and Recruiting
- 1+ year of experience with local WIOA programs, policies, and processes
- Computer literacy, including effective use of the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Demonstrated understanding of WIOA programs and services
- A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, handle personnel matters effectively, and handle employee and personnel inquiries with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy
- Sharp attention to detail with exceptional organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills, including the ability to perform and complete a high volume of work assignments with speed and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as a member or a team
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Valid Driver's License

Salary: $55,000 - $62,000/yr
