Quality Assurance Technician - iMPact Business Group

Shift 7:30am to 4pm 

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

• Perform incoming inspection per inspection plan requirements 
• Perform the acceptance of finished devices as the final quality release 
• Prioritize multiple product lines of varying speeds and volumes to ensure a steady flow of released material. 
• Identify, document, segregate, evaluate, & disposition non-conforming material 
• Obtain Return Material Authorization (RMA) and ship material to suppliers 
• Maintain physical inventory and perform electronic transactions in ERP System to account for material shipments and supplier credits/rework 
• Maintain compliance in a highly regulated environment for medical devices following good documentation practices (GDP) 
• Cross functional collaboration, including but not limited to, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure coordination of activities 

Requirements

• Associates Degree or Higher 
• Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• Min 3 years of relevant experience (Ex: Inspection, QA, MRB, Procurement) 
• Experienced with the following equipment and how to use:  Titrator, High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC)
• Ability to problem solve and address production related concerns 
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction 
• Ability to multi-task and change task focus with minimal notice 

Requirements
