In this role, you will drive quality actions to ensure team members (Hourly and Salary) have the required training to do their job. Daily activities include: Understanding the specific needs of the organization and its employees. Working with subject matter experts to develop quality specific shop floor training. Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor learning solutions. Training hourly team members, as needed.

Must Be able to convey complex information in a simple and relatable manner. Teaching skills to impart technical knowledge. PowerPoint, video creation and editing tools.
