QA Coordinator, Document Management Join FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies in our new facility location - Thousand Oaks, California! The QA Coordinator, Document Management will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Document Management at the FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies California (FDBC) location. The job holder will be responsible for the support of site staff in the document control system and the maintenance and life cycle management of controlled documents.

The QA Coordinator, Document Management supports operations with document management processing. This individual executes activities in support of the document control program including scanning, archiving, issuing controlled documents, supporting document workflows, and staff support of the document management system.

Reports to Senior Manager of Document Management

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for document workflows in the Document Management electronic system as a Document Coordinator.

Responsible for reviewing and editing documents for compliance to site document management procedures.

Responsible for staff support of the document management system.

Support scanning and managing documents for electronic and physical storage, retrieval, and processing through workflows

Support issuance and printing of Controlled Documents (Controlled Form Booklets, Logbooks, LabNotebooks)

Support creating and managing document templates.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

1-2 years experience in Document Management

Veeva experience a plus

Detail oriented

Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people in diverse and different settings.

Sound organizational skills.

Possesses sense of urgency; identifies challenges and problems and takes the initiative to identify solutions.
