Job Title: Salesforce Billing- QTC Revenue Recognition Solution ArchitectThe Revenue Recognition Solution Architect serves as subject matter expert on Revenue Recognition projects, responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. The Solution Architect works closely with the Product Owner, other Architects, and our clients to understand requirements and enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements.
Responsibilities:- Serves as the technical leader for Revenue Recognition projects with our clients
- Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Zuora Revenue or other Revenue platforms
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality
- Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to consultants, business analysts, and developers
- Follow and understand new Revenue Recognition products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
- Provide expertise during sales efforts to estimate the technical level of effort
- Present to potential clients during sales efforts and be able to pull together quick proof of concepts as needed
- Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking and client presentations
- Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
- Ability to lead or participate in technical integration discussions and design workshops
- Perform customer demos throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients.
- Configure and test Revenue Recognition application and work with any upstream quote-to-cash applications to meet the approved designs.
- Ability to create high level architecture diagrams that you can relate to both technical and business minded individuals
- Support the customer with regular calls to answer functional and technical questions.
- Provide guidance and best in class billing strategies to the client
- Act as the solution owner during the project, ensuring the projects scope and outcomes are on track

- Travel Requirement: Up to 50%
- 5-7 years Quote to Cash experience, within a professional services organization, with, ideally, at least 4 years delivering revenue solutions.
- Experience in the revenue recognition products; Zuora Revenue or RightRev.
- 5-7 years of customer-facing solution delivery and/or business consulting experience.
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred.
- Demonstrated abilities to lead business discussions with customers and architect the value of a solution and the best practices to implement it.
- Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation is an advantage.
- Experience implementing revenue recognition solutions and applications is required, Zuora Billing experience is a plus.
- Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports.
- Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level, able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a rapid paced implementation environment.
- Experience [potentially] managing tasks on multiple projects simultaneously.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Principal Architect role is $122,000- $225,000. For the Senior Delivery Principal Architect role, the base salary pay range is $140,000- $258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
