Role: QA Test Analyst/Test Manager/Test Lead
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: Full-time
Skill: Test Analyst
Lead test team in the delivery of test planning, test preparation and test execution activities in adherence to standards for system testing for multiple projects of varying sizes while reporting to the QA Test Manager.
Ability to work independently to complete all assigned tasks within identified timelines.
Methodology exposures with both Waterfall and Agile.
Responsible for testing of assigned projects or releases including (but not limited to) system integration testing and production acceptance testing.
Manage creation, review and sign-off of testing documentation (e.g., test strategies, plans, schedule, cost estimates, test cases, dashboards, defect logs, test phase closure reports) for assigned area / projects and ensure all test artifacts adhere to testing standards and audit requirements.
Working knowledge of JTMF functionality to load test cases, link requirements, run dashboard metrics, defect management.
Direct, hands-on functional or technical experience with Fidelity Systematics applications such as IM (IMPACS), ST (Savings / Time), AM / ALS (Consumer Lending), RM (Relationship Manager), TX (Tax).
Specifically require 3-5 years current working experience with the FIS ST, IM, FM, RM or TX applications.
Familiarity and working experience with Regulatory Requirements, specifically around Tax and Bank Failure/Recovery scenarios.
Exposure to TOSCA and basic skills required to run Tosca automation scripts.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, etc.)
Proven experience to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced remote-based environment.
Understanding of QA management principles (tracking, analyzing, reporting, problem resolution and training).
Ability to apply project management principles and techniques to the QA/Testing life cycle.
Ability to learn new processes and tool sets quickly.
Data Management experience with utilizing/handling confidential customer data for testing.
Reports Validation exposed to system generated reports for transaction validations.
Banking/Financial Industry testing experience.
Experience in the QA domain 3+ yrs.
Leadership 3 yrs. Comfortable speaking to large audience and leading initiatives within a project.
NICE TO HAVES:
Any experience with SQL or VB Script.
Knowledge of Shaw commercial lending system.
Exposure to Monarch is a plus.
