About the Job
Our customer is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity!
Pay Range: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
Location: Lincoln, CA
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and evaluate finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
- Conduct inspections at all stages of production to identify quality deviations or non-conformities.
- Monitor key quality metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain adherence to quality procedures.
- Train production personnel on quality standards and best practices.
- Create and analyze reports to support data-driven decisions and identify recurring issues.
- Perform daily quality checks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Operate within standard operating and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Masonry experienc preferred
- Proficiency with computer spreadsheets and report preparation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
