QA Inspector I - Day Shift (Harbor 3 - PKG Label Room) - Robinson Pharma

About the Job
The QA Inspector must be highly detailed, have good communication (oral and written), and good computer skills. The Label Room - QA Inspector is responsible for the verification, inspection, inventory, and accuracy of all product labels according to the specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains the storage of new, reconciled labels and inserts in designated locations in the label room.
- Performs label reconciliation upon receipt of incoming containers to match the products with the MLC.
- Performs hold/reject of damage labels for destruction.
- Checks incoming containers of labels and materials for physical defects.
- Makes inspections to determine faults such as: ghosting, streaks, picks, and any defects.
- Enters all receive, release, and rejected product labels into the ERP system for tracking.
- Notifies Lead of any changes or issues with the product labels.
- Maintains a clean working environment at all times.
- Follows/adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices
- (cGMP’s), Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures.
- Completes other projects and duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and combine units of measure.
- Communication Skills (Written/Oral) - able to document concisely and accurately to ensure effective department operations.
- Detail Oriented - pays close attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness, double checking their work.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in English, verbal and written skills. Being bilingual in Vietnamese/English is a plus.
