Starting Hourly Rate: $16.00
Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:
Accepts all purchased products into the resort, verifying accuracy of delivery to purchase orders.
Maintains facilities in accordance to standards and rotates stock accordingly. Issues and delivers items to departments in accordance with the requisition policies and procedures. Conducts inventories and completes paperwork in a timely fashion.
Responsible for receiving non-food deliveries and guest convention packages. Also prepares proper documentation for received deliveries and processes outgoing mail/packages.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of
the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined
by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
• Maintain a clean, well organized work environment.
• Perform other purchasing duties at management's direction
Qualifications:
EDUCATION
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Some work experience in related field preferred.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
CADL and good driving record required.
GROOMING/UNIFORMS
All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Specific uniform guidelines and/or
required articles of clothing will be explained to you as a part of the orientation process.
Compensation Range:The compensation for this position is $16.00/Hr. - $16.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
