Job Summary:
- Supervise and assist with the procurement, receipt, and distribution of raw materials, equipment, packaging, and supplies.
- Place orders, coordinate bulk deliveries, and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop procurement plans and schedules in line with company policies.
- Process requisitions and purchase orders, maintaining up-to-date vendor/product files.
- Monitor open orders and expedite as needed; address invoice pricing discrepancies.
- Lead sourcing activities, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and negotiate contracts for optimal value.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the central procurement team on strategic sourcing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of procurement experience.- both domestic and international.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Dropbox, Adobe, Salespad a plus.
- Self-motivated, intuitive, and a skilled listener.
