Purchasing Coordinator at Partners Personnel

Partners Personnel is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for our client in the Branchburg, NJ area. Contract to Hire - Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, fully On-Site. $58,240/annually

Job Responsibilities:

• Review purchase requisitions, place purchase orders, and follow up on maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) items.
• Monitor and track delivery dates on purchase orders, scheduling releases from blanket orders.
• Review and evaluate MRO bid proposals and negotiate contracts within budget and scope of authority.
• Resolve any purchase order-invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable (AP) as required.
• Work closely with all departments to resolve issues and ensure the timely procurement of required items.
• Assist with raw material ordering when necessary.
• Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in purchasing decisions.

• Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance in alignment with companies’ procedures, while keeping administrator informed.
