Community Physician Network is seeking a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to join our busy practice at Community Howard Regional Health in Kokomo, IN and our future location in Westfield!

• This physician will join an employed group of over 700 physicians in Westfield & Kokomo, Indiana.
• Busy practice with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Shared unrestricted call schedule; 1:3
• Strong primary care referral base

Licensure & Certifications

Board certified/board eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
