We are seeking a dedicated Psych Home Health RN to provide compassionate care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs

Developing and implementing individualized care plans

Administering medications and monitoring patient progress

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

Educating patients and families on mental health management
