About the Job
We are looking for a full-time Apartment Property Manager for our community in the Downtown Cleveland area, with 2 or more years of Urban Property Management experience. The Property Manager will be accountable for all day-to-day property operations, including leasing, marketing, and renovation project management.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- 8:30am-5:00pm
Skills Critical to Success:
- At least 2 years of Residential Property Management experience required
- Experience at urban properties preferred
- At least 2 years prior experience with Leasing
- At least 2 years prior experience with Yardi Voyager
- Experience leading, developing, and managing teams.
- Experience managing value-add projects with ongoing renovations
- Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and Regulations
- Competence in PC skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Essential Responsibilities:
- Operations of the property, including developing and managing the operating income/expenses, tenant relations, capital improvement needs, property maintenance and staff management.
- Lead and direct all business functions, leasing, marketing, and customer service for the community
- Financial responsibilities include setting goals, collections, maintaining & submitting records of transactions, preparing annual budgets, income projections accurately and timely, processing of invoices, and ensuring late fees & check charges are collected.
- Consistently use successful techniques to secure efficiency of staff through ongoing daily and weekly staff meetings, training, instruction, counseling and leadership.
- Hire, develop, and motivate your team as well as direct activities of all on-site personnel and maintains a great working environment for all.
- Oversee the overall performance of the community and the well-being of residents
- Maintenance scheduling as needed with Maintenance Supervisor.
- Monitor and analyze traffic logs, conversion ratios, budget and renewal information.
- Vendor and contractor communications (scheduling, billing, relations and certificates of insurance).
- Emergency/Safety team lead for community with staff and residents to minimize liabilities.
