Job Title: Community Manager

As a Community Manager, you will oversee the financial, leasing, maintenance, and customer service operations of the community. You will lead a high-performing team to achieve occupancy and income goals while ensuring the community is well-maintained and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing activities and tenant relations.
• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure timely repairs.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

Qualifications:
