Salary Range: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify potential clients and build relationships to understand their insurance needs. Maintain and grow a strong client base by providing excellent customer service.
Policy Sales: Present, quote, and sell property and casualty insurance policies that meet client needs.
Market Analysis and Lead Generation: Research market trends, generate leads, and create targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies. Accurately complete applications, renewals, and other necessary paperwork.
Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest property and casualty insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines to confidently advise clients.
Problem Solving: Address client concerns, resolve claims-related questions, and provide tailored solutions to unique situations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including underwriters and customer service representatives, to deliver seamless service to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain a California Property & Casualty License.
Customer Service: Prior experience in a customer service/sales role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Professionalism: Present a polished and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products and services is a plus.
