Property Associate Position
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Property Associate to join their client's team in downtown Denver, Colorado. This is a temp-to-hire position that offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Position Overview:
The Property Associate is responsible for providing advanced administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the property management team. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents with accuracy.
- Respond to tenant and vendor requests with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Analyze data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and suggest solutions.
- Manage invoices, work order systems, and building service contracts.
- Track Certificates of Insurance and ensure compliance.
- Assist with monthly reports, budgets, and property operations.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to maintain Class A standards.
- Support team members and provide training when needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have commercial or residential property management experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience; supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, maintain strict confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; advanced education preferred.
Work Hours:
This is a 100% in-office role in downtown Denver, operating Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation:
The pay for this position ranges from $28.84 to $31.25 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
