Job Responsibilities:

• AP/A/R
• Monitor bank accounts and manage cash availability
• Budget preparation
• Balance sheet and income statement review/analysis
• Monthly account reconciliations
• Annual property reconciliations
• Maintenance of tenant ledgers and property rent rolls
• Abstract and input commercial leases into Yardi
• Monthly financial statement packages

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience with aspects of real estate accounting
• Excellent written and communication skills along with the ability to prioritize
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Yardi Voyager software
