ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring proper coordination of resources, budgets, schedules, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This includes managing contracts, risks, performance, and quality through collaboration with owners, subcontractors, and team members.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Lead communication with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Oversee project startup, safety plans, and contract compliance.
• Manage purchasing, documentation, change orders, and financials to ensure smooth execution.
• Attend and chair project meetings, monitor progress, and handle project closeout, including warranties and training handover.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Project management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, build relationships, and embrace change while maintaining core values: Passion, Integrity, Hard Work, Professionalism, and Caring.
• Data Center/Mission Critical experience.
