- You will ensure quality systems are suitably managed in line with service excellence.
- You will deliver and manage project plans from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.
- You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of senior project managers and other leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.
- Managing, monitoring and coordinating all key aspects of the construction that include the project schedule, costs, reporting, quality, logistics, neighbor relations, health and safety and environment.
- Establishing key relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.
- Directing the specialist design team, construction supervision and cost consultants throughout the project.
- Implementing an appropriate and effective project management framework.
- Monitoring and controlling contract changes and variations.
- Establishing and leading regular site progress meetings.
- Identifying project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans and implement action plans.
- Establishing and preparing formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client.
- Establishing and monitoring appropriate project operating procedures and systems, specifically ensuring the management plan is being followed and adhered to.
- Supervising, monitoring and reporting of the contractors' progress against the expectations of their contracts from all perspectives.
- Coordinating and promoting teamwork between all project stakeholders.
- Preparing scope of works including the identification of resource requirements, supporting the cost estimation and budget reviews.
- Proactively developing a plan for the timely closeout and practical completion of the works.

- You will manage design and wider consultant teams in a collaborative manner to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
- You will lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).

You'll Need To Have:
- Relevant degree (MS or MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated capital program leadership experience.
- Effectively managed integrated team(s) on large complex and multi-phase life science and industrial manufacturing capital programs.
- Knowledge of multiple project delivery methods, including alternative project delivery (design build and construction manager at risk).
- You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated construction teams. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
You'll Also Have:
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
- Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
The estimated salary for this position is $100,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
