Job Overview
This integrator is looking for an experienced Project Manager who can oversee AV projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing high-end, complex projects, ensuring that all work is executed according to plan, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing technicians, and ensuring the highest quality of work.
Responsibilities
- Manage AV installation projects, coordinating with technicians, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion
- Oversee project scheduling, materials, and budget management, ensuring all resources are efficiently utilized
- Provide leadership and support to the team, setting clear expectations and coaching staff to achieve their best performance
- Assist in documenting procedures and creating operating standards to enhance project workflow
- Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in AV integration or a related high-end residential construction field
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with clients, technicians, and other team members
- Proficient in project management software and familiar with AV integration systems and processes
- Clean background check

Compensation
$75,000-$95,000 Based on Experience
