We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects, including residential, commercial, and municipal endeavors. The Project Manager will collaborate with Subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling, production, and quantities, showcasing their ability to make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for project progress.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Determine and define project scope and objectives by thoroughly reviewing the job details and communicates essential project details to foremen before the project commences.
Providing consistent project updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Coordinate with scheduling to ensure the availability of resources, such as equipment, trucking, labor, supplies, and subcontractors
Collaborate closely with the plant on hot mix asphalt needs.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure the job site is ready for the respective crews before mobilization.
Monitor the job site daily to facilitate better scheduling for the following day and possess the discretion to make weather, material, or site-related decisions.
Ensure that private and public utilities are located prior to work commencing.
Fulfill other duties as assigned by the manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the asphalt industry or project management.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
High organizational skills allowing for the management of multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
Highly skilled in reading site plans.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
