We are a leading construction company with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors including multi-family, restaurant, healthcare, and industrial. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent role offering top-tier compensation and the opportunity to work on local projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, with a proven track record in the aforementioned sectors. Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the planning and implementation of project tasks, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
3. Developing detailed project plans to track progress and adjusting schedules as needed.
4. Managing the relationship with clients and stakeholders, and communicating effectively to keep them informed of project progress.
5. Performing risk management to minimize project risks, and escalating unresolved issues to management as needed.
6. Ensuring resource availability and allocation, and coordinating with team members to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
7. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
8. Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in multi-family, restaurant, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
3. Proven ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently.
4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management tools, and software.
6. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
7. Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities.
8. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
