About the Job
About the Company
At Modwall, we develop innovative building solutions for ambitious problems. Our adaptable room system is a best-in-class kit-of-parts product aimed at bringing beautiful, high-performing spaces to life more easily, intelligently, and cost-effectively.
We are a team of generalists with experience across the construction industry working to change the way we build by bringing products to market that make projects more efficient, people happier and more productive, and have a positive impact on the planet. We thrive in the fast-paced environment of a young company, and are strongly motivated by the belief in our potential for impact. Modwall is an entity of ONX Inc, whose mission is to revolutionize the construction industry using proprietary design and cutting-edge technology.
What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized person to join our team, with a focus on exceptional delivery of our projects and customer satisfaction.
Deep industry expertise is important, but this must be complemented by an ability to flex and fill in gaps as needed. Focused on Modwall, our adaptable interior room system, you will manage Modwall projects, delivering our modular prefab product seamlessly into projects.
Our ideal candidate has experience with project management for design and construction projects. They will bring innovative thinking that is also pragmatic enough to be adopted broadly in the construction industry; and will understand how to organize project workstreams to meet project delivery and revenue goals.
You are independent and have strong intrinsic motivation in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You are a strong team player and can pivot quickly in the face of shifting priorities, understanding the value, responsibility, and unique opportunity that comes with flying a plane while building it.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Values
Do you align with our values and our goals? Please only apply if you feel as strongly about these principles as we do. We live, breathe, and work by these values every day.
Innovate. Boldly. We are changemakers. We think BIG, really BIG, resisting doubt and handwringing to build momentum, create action, and drive toward a better future.
Be Agile. Creating change takes courage and flexibility. We embrace the unknown, bounce back from mistakes, and keep an open mind. With our customers, and with each other, we come to the table with solutions.
Be Accountable. We are customer-obsessed, delighting the customer by doing what we say we will do, and delivering on time. We are committed to excellence, and we deliver results.
Care. A lot. At Modwall, there is no I, just we. We succeed together, running to the fires and shoring up gaps where we see them. We treat others with respect, jumping in to help where needed, owning what needs to be done and acting on it passionately.
Communicate Openly and Often. We remove barriers and create success by collaborating courageously, fostering a safe place to share ideas, voice concerns, and to disagree.
Persevere. When the going gets tough, we dig deep. We roll up our sleeves and do what needs to be done. We are resilient and scrappy. Challenges are our stepping-stones to a better solution.
