Honor Community Health is a 501c3 Federally Qualified Health Center co-located within 20 locations. Our mission is to provide for the health and wellness needs of the underserved of Oakland County through the provision of comprehensive, integrated primary, behavioral health, and dental care. We serve all populations regardless of their ability to pay. Our team is passionate about serving the people of Oakland County.

Position Description
Reporting to the Chief Behavioral Health Officer, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and operation of assigned programmatic grants as identified by leadership, including the integrated health initiatives at HCH. This position oversees development of service delivery workflows to achieve the implementation of new strategies and services. Our standard hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s in healthcare administration, social sciences, public health, business or related field from an accredited school.
- Possess 3 years’ progressive project management skills.
- Strong project management and analytical skills are desired for this position, including demonstrated strategic planning, organization, and coordination skills.
- Ability to articulate and communicate organizational values and mission to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain positive professional relationships at all levels.
- Commitment to the corporate Mission Statement in the healthcare field.
- Evidence of sound judgment, sophisticated analytical and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred. Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers is helpful, knowledge of primary care and healthcare integration is preferred
- Skilled in identifying problems and recommending solutions.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Skilled in written and oral communications;
- Skilled in networking with local, state, federal, business and healthcare officials
