Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management for high-end, luxury apartment communities
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in Class A luxury multi-family developments
• Proven track record of delivering projects with reputable companies
