About the Job
Provides project management services and supports major (cross-functional) initiatives as well as corporate
strategic initiatives. Takes ideas from inception, through development, create and manage the project plan
and implementation process, and ultimately ensure the delivery of the solution.
Responsibilities:- Oversees all aspects of leading two or more larger scale projects throughout the Project Lifecycle.

- Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for strategic projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, continuously driving and evaluating project progress, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Maintains all project documentation.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources as needed while monitoring the financial and corporate portfolio impacts.
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed. Communicate project status to stakeholders. Manage stakeholder and executive level sponsor expectations. Facilitates Steering Group and/or Executive Group level team status meetings and all other communications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and changes.
- Strong ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole.
- As needed, executes special departmental responsibilities based on skill/strength of individual and team need.

The education, experience and license/certification requirements represent the MINIMUM requirements necessary to perform the functions of this position successfully.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, management, or business-related field is required.
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of applicable agile/scrum project management experience with demonstrated project successes required.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques and leading cross functional teams required.
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of organizational leadership and work on all types of efforts (technical/non-technical, process, performance) in any organizational department.
Licenses/Certifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
