Description:
The Product Operations team has product lifecycle ownership from offer readiness through ship acceptance and cancellation, supporting the new software, hardware, services and other relevant solution elements required to be set up for sale and removed for cancellation / end of life.
The Product Operations Managers work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Order Management, IT, Channel Operations, Deployment, Engineering, Supply chain and Service to support and enable internal processes for offer launches regionally.
Will be responsible for executing the setup of the entire solution including orderability, pricing and overall readiness of the various teams supporting the product, software and other components. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
New Product Introduction and regional launch activities
Manage the product management operational aspects of the product development process for solutions (hardware, software, accessories, services) that need to be set up for first launch
Support Service Plan in collaboration with Service team
Update pricing documentation, systems and configurators in accordance with product management and regional pricing committees
Regional expansion and adaptation of launched products ex. language packs, TA prioritization
Post-release management
Responsible for product operations/maintenance of pricing documentation, ensuring products remain orderable, fulfillable, renewable, maintainable
Responsible for implementing Product end -of - sale, end of warranty, end of support and end of life management
Cross-functional role focused on streamlining product processes, workflows, and collaboration across the entire organization.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years relevant industry experience
