About the Job
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update project schedules
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Conduct research and gather information to support project planning and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently
- Identify and escalate potential project risks and issues to senior project managers
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies
- Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support as needed

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Minimum of two years' experience in project management or related fields required
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Monday, Confluence, Jira)
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies

Language Ability:Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.
Math Ability:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.
Reasoning Ability:Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions. While representing the company, the marketing coordinator will be required to determine answers to questions and situations which may be socially or politically volatile. Execution and communication of such solutions are often in the public eye.
Computer Skills:Demonstrate advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to Word, PPT, Excel, and Project.
