Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously within the wireless telecommunication industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both New Site Builds and RF equipment upgrade scope of work across major carriers and have experience managing Civil, RF and Electrical crews, estimating projects, and ensuring projects are completed within specified time frames and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously within the wireless telecommunication industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both New Site Builds and RF equipment upgrade scope of work across major carriers and have experience managing Civil, RF and Electrical crews, estimating projects, and ensuring projects are completed within specified time frames and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate upwards of 10 crews at a time, providing guidance, support, and resources as needed.
- Report site statuses to customers daily, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Estimate project costs and timelines accurately, considering all necessary resources and potential challenges.
- Manage all costs of the project to ensure projects are completed within Gross Profit Margin (GPM) requirements.
- Schedule equipment as needed for project execution, coordinating delivery and logistics efficiently.
- Set project expectations with construction managers, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Review construction drawings and RF Data Sheets to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
- Oversee and manage project closeouts, ensuring all necessary documentation and deliverables are completed and uploaded to customers within specified time frames.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of wireless telecommunication New Site Build and RF equipment upgrade scope of work across all major carriers, staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within the wireless telecommunication industry, with a focus on New Site Builds and RF equipment upgrade projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites and attend meetings as needed.
