Location: Harrisburg, PA

Client: OST Global for the Pennsylvania Client

Residency Requirements: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from Harrisburg, PA, and hold a valid U.S. Green Card or U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables and milestones.
Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders.
Foster collaboration among team members and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with Commonwealth standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale, complex environments.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and software.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in government or public sector projects is highly desirable.
