Job DescriptionM3T is looking for an experienced Project Manager.
The Project Manager is a front-line employee with direct customer contact; and is a valued, essential element of M3T success. People skills are vital for effective customer relationship management and decision-making. Strong communication, great attention to detail and organizational skills are vital for successfully working with technicians, clients, and in house staff. In addition to people & communication skills, the ability to be proactive, identify areas of opportunity for improved efficiency, as well as strong customer service skills will be needed for a successful PM.
QualificationsEXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / KEY TRAITS:
- Conceptual knowledge or previous experience in the following areas:
- Access Control / Power Door / Gates / CCTV / Intercom / Physical (Environmental) Security / Security Architecture and Design
- 2 or more Years Project Management Experience
- Associates Degree or higher (*if experienced degree requirement is waived)
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding
- Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel whether individually or in a team environment
- Attention to detail in all forms of communication
- Possess fluent knowledge of office technology platforms
- Strong Innovative, Motivational, and Proactive Personality
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
Additional Information
JOB DUTIES:
- Foster positive customer experiences engaging in a supportive, and strategic manner.
- Serve clients by analyzing work orders; investigating complaints; resolving problems.
- Schedule is based on being completely available anytime you have field technicians scheduled on projects or work orders.
- This is an on-call position.
- Provides required accurate data, in a timely manner.
- Support all project management function when needed, beyond his/her assigned accounts.
- Work closely with staff to achieve goals/objective.
- Responsible for ordering and tracking material and equipment of assigned installations, service calls and SSAs.
- Work with Customer Solutions Financial Coordinator tracking financials, executing progress, and finalized billing for assigned projects, service calls, and SSAs.
- Responsible for resource scheduling daily to ensure resources are allocated for the maximum revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for managing and updating Q360 or replacement software with complete information.
- Schedule or communicate with client within 4 hours of project or work order creation.
- Communicate w/client during, and after Project / Service call / SSA to help build and maintain a relationship.
- Working closely with the Account Manager/Sales Executive to promote additional revenue though information provided in completed work orders.
- Manage and continually track progress of assigned projects, work orders, and SSAs.
- Complete all required reports for select customers monthly billings.
- Be aware of Government, OSHA, ICRA, HIPAA and other required compliance and regulations as relates to all personnel and work in your area of responsibility.
- Updates job knowledge often.
- Ensure that all client documentation is kept updated and confidential.
- Perform QC check during and upon completion of projects and service.
