This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of glazing systems, including glass and curtain wall installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple glazing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glazing or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of glazing systems, including glass and curtain wall installations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
