• Oversee and manage residential and commercial contracting projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members, clients, and subcontractors to align on project goals and timelines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly, providing solutions to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, standards, and client specifications.

• Experience in project management, preferably in contracting or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a commitment to quality and detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for successful client and team interactions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
