SourceAmerica is searching for a Project Manager, Federal Products Solutions to join its team, focused on providing support for a variety of functions/projects within the operations team. Responsibilities include managing special projects, documenting process/procedures and supporting data development and analysis. Support oversight of efforts and actions of Operations in providing program and project management, process advice, technical assistance. Also, may provide training to federal customers and business partners. Ensure satisfaction of nonprofit agencies (NPA) and Government customers for products and services.
T his position helps connect our network of over 535 Non-Profit agencies with federal procurement opportunities across the United States! Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) perform service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 33,000+ people with disabilities nationally .
What You Will Do ...
As a Project Manager, Federal Products Solutions, your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview.
- Communicates with our Federal Customers and our NPA's to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and create documentation on processes and procedures for SourceAmerica Operations.
- Manage and execute deliverables in accordance with project goals and plans.
- Identify and resolve conflicting project requirements, data discrepancies, and create/maintain tracking reports for the department
- Maintain and evaluate higher level independent / moderate problem-solving support as related to SourceAmerica's contracts.
- Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise.
Salary Range
The salary for this position falls in a range between $83,000 - $115,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.
What You Must Have ...
- Associate's degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in federal program/contract management.
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Zoom, and Microsoft teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent.

Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with key customers and business partners.

Ability to analyze performance and contract administration problems and present business solutions for project performance improvement.

Ability to develop and implement improved business processes and identify conflicts or issues with current processes.
- Must demonstrate negotiation and analytical skills.

- We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes— experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.
Work Environment
Our organization offers both a hybrid work model—where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek—as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements and one’s proximity to one of our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC-area.
