Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and project progress.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the elevator or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of elevator and escalator systems and installation processes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
