We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in drywall to lead our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing client relationships and team dynamics effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of drywall projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the drywall industry.
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Certification in project management (PMP or similar) is a plus.
- Experience as a Sr. Project Manager is desirable.
