This role is perfect for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial projects from conception to completion with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, including office, hospitality, healthcare, hospital, and mixed-use projects. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial tenant improvements and high-end finishes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Review the work progress on a daily basis.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Coordinate tenant improvement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in Commercial TI/High-End Finishes.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Familiarity with construction and project management software programs.
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of the construction industry, including detailed knowledge of commercial tenant improvement and high-end finishes.
- Proven experience in managing office, hospitality, healthcare, hospital, and mixed-use projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus.
