Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage cost reports, analyze variances, and implement strategies to optimize project costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Lead project teams to deliver contract specifications on time and within budget.
- Coordinate change orders, receivables, and collections with the administrative team.
- Monitor labor force, subcontractors, and logs to ensure projects stay on track.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in construction project management, with experience managing $5M–$10M projects.
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, CAD, REVIT, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel and a results-driven work ethic.
