Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and stakeholders to define project scope, budget, and schedules.
• Manage all project phases, including planning, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize resources and maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and managing changes to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
