Paul Risk Construction (PRC) is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager. This on-site position in the construction trailer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from preconstruction and budgeting through to completion and closeout. - Prepare budgets and cost estimates, as well as develop comprehensive work schedules.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to deliver exceptional results.
- Coordinate and supervise specialty contractors, ensuring quality work and adherence to schedules.
- Review and approve project drawings, shipments, and materials for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and legal requirements.
- Address and resolve delays, emergencies, and other project-related challenges.
- Clearly explain contracts and technical matters to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress and budget to clients and senior leadership.
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a preference for commercial projects.
- Proficiency with Procore project management software.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, team player with high moral standards and integrity.
- Knowledge of safety codes, construction methodologies, and industry regulations.
