Paul Risk Construction (PRC) is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager. This on-site position in the construction trailer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from preconstruction and budgeting through to completion and closeout. • Prepare budgets and cost estimates, as well as develop comprehensive work schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to deliver exceptional results.
• Coordinate and supervise specialty contractors, ensuring quality work and adherence to schedules.
• Review and approve project drawings, shipments, and materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Address and resolve delays, emergencies, and other project-related challenges.
• Clearly explain contracts and technical matters to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project progress and budget to clients and senior leadership.

• Proven experience in construction project management, with a preference for commercial projects.
• Proficiency with Procore project management software.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, team player with high moral standards and integrity.
• Knowledge of safety codes, construction methodologies, and industry regulations.

• This is a full-time, on-site role overseeing construction activities. Typical work hours align with project needs, and occasional flexibility may be required.

• This position will be based on-site at the construction trailer, directly managing a 104-apartment project.
