Project Manager Duties of the Project Manager:
- Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Project Manager Qualifications of the Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in K-12 SCHOOL COMMERCIAL PROJECTS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
- Experience working on projects valued up to $20M is preferred.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience.
