About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in managing projects from concept through completion, working closely with the Senior Project Manager to deliver high-quality designs and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about architecture and the built environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to oversee projects end to end - from conceptual design and feasibility studies through design development and project delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals on time, on budget, and within Brand Standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Oversee and contribute to the production of design documentation, ensuring compliance with codes, standards and best practices.
- Coordinate finish plans, specifications, and material selections according to Brand Standards.
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, specifications, project schedules, and budgets.
- Prepare both 2D and 3D design materials for team review and presentations.
- Resolve complex design issues with innovative, practical, and operationally-minded solutions.
Ideal Background
- 3-5 years of architectural project management experience, with a portfolio demonstrating involvement in projects from concept to completion.
- Experience in both commercial, hospitality, and residential real estate projects.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skilled in developing visual presentations across all design phases, including programming, schematic design, and design development.
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- In-depth understanding of architectural building systems and functional building operations.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects at various stages of development.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
