Position Overview
The Project Manager - Architecture, Complex Sports will oversee and manage architectural projects within the Sports, Hospitality, Commercial sector. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors, to deliver innovative and functional sports, hospitality, commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion within the sports sector.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment with client goals and expectations.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including design concepts and budgets to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including NCARB and AIA guidelines.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the architecture field, specifically in sports or commercial projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
- NCARB certification and AIA membership are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and proposals for complex projects.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
