Project Manager – HVAC (Mechanical) - Finish Line Staffing Services

• Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of HVAC projects. Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively to meet project goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and field technicians. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless project execution
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and keep stakeholders informed of any changes to project plans
• Develop and manage project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure that all projects are completed within the financial parameters set by the company
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, financial reports, and project status updates. Provide regular progress reports to leadership

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale HVAC projects
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
• Knowledge of applicable codes and safety regulations
• PMP certification is a plus
