Hunton Trane, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX (www.huntongroup.com), is seeking to hire a Commercial HVAC Project Sales Coordinator. In this role, the selected individual will be responsible for supporting the general sales and project activities for a selected team of Sales Account Managers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide sales opportunity coordination and project booking support.
- Provide general sales support including CRM updates, marketing coordination & customer research.
- Generate preliminary equipment replacement estimates & proposals.
- Review scope of work. Collaborate with customers to establish project tasks, schedule requirements, communications for project progress.
- Successfully navigate all relevant software leading to the generation of equipment selections & submittals for material procurement.
- Financially manage all aspects of projects including cash flow, monthly forecast cost/revenue, forecasted cost at completion, monitoring expenses, collections support, analyzes reporting to identify project deficiencies and provide guidance on corrective action, prepares and facilitates monthly backlog review, and reconciles applied cost.
- Responsible for change order management by recommending solutions, facilitating quotes and closing orders that may require assistance from sales team estimating.
- Leads all aspects of project administration including, knowledge and risk mitigation of construction contract content language, validating project scope/cost/schedule, managing project compliance, project documentation, project safety guidelines, coordination of project schedules.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and develop internal and external plans with stakeholders to communicate status.
- Proactively provide guidance in the development of fellow sales support team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 - 10 years' experience in a technical Sales Support role.
- HVAC/BAS/Process Controls and Project Management a plus.
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environments.
- Ability to work at office location 5 days per week, 40 hours per week with overtime as required.
