Our Herndon, VA office is looking for a Project Coordinator who embodies this purpose.
What You'll Do:
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Dive into supporting an energetic engineering team and our projects through coordination of logistics, while acting as a liaison to our clients
- Have a hand in almost every aspect of our projects from start to finish including research, report compilation, submittal preparation, permit application filing, and invoicing
- Be a partner to project leadership by providing administrative support with documentation, correspondence, meeting preparation, and expense reports
- Partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards YOUR vision

What You'll Need:
- 5+ years' of administrative support experience, preferably supporting project-based work in a professional services environment
- The ability to learn quickly, a self-starter mentality, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associates/Bachelor’s degree a plus
- A passion for providing an outstanding client and team experience
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company
