The Project Coordinator assists in the process to purchase, sell, and lease property; maintain files for renovation, remodel, or construction of Cascade property; verify the completeness of hazardous material project notifications. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: + Required - High school graduate/GED. Preferred -Associated Degree with coursework in business or office management and accounting. Project management coursework a plus + Required- 3-5 years administrative Preferred - Project management or database management experience. Experience with property management and/or real estate transactions a plus. The duration of travel will include day and overnight trips. Travel will involve diving a motor vehicle provided by the company or by air. Driving can be long distances in all kinds of light and weather conditions. Travel requirements comprise 15% to 20% of work activities.
