About the Job
All Native Group is looking to fill the position of Project Coordinator (PC). She/he works with the Marketing, Data Acquisitions, Accounts and Proposal teams, researching, reviewing, preparing PowerPoints, archiving and qualifying business opportunities. In addition, review and editing of prepared materials for accuracy prior to distribution. Requirements for this role will include understanding and building Technomile/Salesforce metrics, business development libraries of information; researching contracts, customers, and companies; providing support and analyses; and supporting marketing/proposal activities. This includes identifying and researching market opportunities; evaluating and updating ANG’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to include inputting data, creating custom workflows, reports, and dashboards; supporting market and competitive assessments; providing critical business market research and analysis of data; supporting networking activities and events; and through the Project Manager track BD pipeline metrics. This position supports the Data Acquisitions team through all stages of the business development lifecycle from business strategy to proposal delivery. Most importantly, this position requires the daily updating and accuracy of the pipeline database, its status and continued meetings and discussions with ANG stakeholders. The BD pipeline is a living document routinely updated and requires associate briefing materials to ANG leadership having access.
Essential Functions
- Manage, coordinate, maintain and update the BD pipeline and provide status reporting w/PowerPoint.
- Maintain and track database information including use of Salesforce.
- Support gate reviews to include scheduling, presentation development, and research assistance.
- Administrative, scheduling, and bookkeeping tasks i.e., invoicing, travel and expense vouchers, purchase orders, etc.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
- Formatting and desktop publishing skills needed to support variety of activities to include developing graphs, charts, and other visual aids for documents.
- Support and provide relevant information for meetings with government, partners, and HCI/ANG leadership.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage VPs calendars and arrange meetings.
- Keeping up with office supply inventory
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Take minutes/capture action items during meetings.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to organize and present ideas clearly and logically.
- Ability to manage and prioritize time between regular duties, ad hoc requests, and higher-level corporate priorities/initiatives.
- Must have a professional, upbeat attitude and have outstanding customer service aptitude.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Provide additional administrative support to MSS leadership as required.
- Team Player capable of working within a collaborative environment.
- Administrative work ability, preferably in a sales or marketing environment, or a combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the functions of the job.
- Initiative-taker who exhibits attention to detail and expert organization skills.
- Strong customer service/customer facing skills.
- Will be requested and required to participate in Proposal Support functions due to expertise

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time office position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours may be required, as dictated by business need.
Travel
Travel is not expected for this position.
Experience
- 5 or more years of experience.
- Experience with U.S. Federal Sector with experience in USG Marketing Analytics is preferred.
- Familiarity with contracting tools, including but not limited to: GovWin IQ, Bloomberg, BETA SAM.GOV, FPDS, and similar experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of government solicitation documents, including standard RFP structure
- Experience with MS Office suite and ability to create, format, and manipulate Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and develop PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint.
Education
High School diploma. Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or other complimentary discipline is a plus.
Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. citizen.
